John Kostoulas

John Kostoulas (he/him) is a Vice President Analyst at Gartner. He helps HR, IT and technology provider leaders make the right business decisions and solve problems every day through targeted advisory and research. His research and advisory focuses on technology strategies towards key business and talent outcomes such as employee experience (EX), DEI, talent agility, employee wellbeing and the future of work.

John is a regular speaker at conferences all over the world and appears frequently in media articles related to his areas of research. Finally, John is the founder and co-leader of the Digital HR Transformation Research Community, a group of Gartner analysts, advisors, and researchers. Before joining Gartner, John had over 15 years of holistic experience in HR technology and transformation through roles with Vodafone, Coca-Cola HBC, Oracle, NGA Human Resources and Uni Systems.
